23 February 2013 we had Incorporated a Pvt. Ltd. firm in Nov. 2011 with 3 Directors with Equal Shares between the directors.
in May. 2012 we had clashes between the directors and i left the operations with out taking the share and gave the resignation letter from the board of directors but the other directors didn't accept my resignation and in sep. 2012 they have filled some IT returns in MCA21. and i dont have acces to those documents nor they have informed me about the IT returns filling.
How can i get those return copies so that i can fill my personal returns this year?

23 February 2013 Hi

Make a mail to the concern ROC for the same to accept your resignation.

You also mail Auditor of the Company to send you a copy of ITR.

23 February 2013 the company Auditor & other directors are not ready to co-op. I want to give the resignation and i want to fill my personal IT returns for last 3yrs.

23 February 2013 Hi

I will suggest you to send your resignation letter to all directors and send hard copy of the same to the Company registered address.

I think, you should not be any problem in filing your ITR, you don't show details of that company, if you have given resignation at that time.

23 February 2013 But i need to show the investments which i have done in the company.

Is there any way to get the Balance Sheet, Profit & loss Statemtnt and AGM deatils which the company has filled to MCA21 without my knowleded?

03 August 2024 To address your situation, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you obtain the necessary documents and manage your personal tax returns:

### 1. **Accessing Company Documents from MCA21**

Since you’re unable to get cooperation from the company's directors or auditor, you can use the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal to access public documents related to the company:

1. **Visit the MCA Portal:**
- Go to the [MCA21 website](http://www.mca.gov.in/).

2. **Register or Log In:**
- If you do not have an account, you will need to register. If you have an account, log in.

3. **Search for the Company:**
- Use the “MCA Services” menu, go to “View Company/LLP Master Data,” and search for the company using its name or Corporate Identification Number (CIN).

4. **View Documents:**
- Once you find the company, you can view its filed documents such as Annual Returns, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss Statements by navigating to “Document Viewing” under the “MCA Services” menu.

5. **Download Relevant Documents:**
- You can download these documents for a nominal fee.

### 2. **Filing Personal Tax Returns**

To file your personal tax returns for the years in which you were a director:

1. **Collect Information:**
- Obtain any available proof of your investments in the company. If you have bank statements or other records showing payments or investments, gather those.

2. **Consult a Tax Professional:**
- If you’re unsure how to reflect these investments in your personal tax returns, consult a tax professional or chartered accountant. They can provide guidance on how to report your investments and any potential impacts on your tax returns.

3. **File Returns:**
- Use the information and documents you have collected to accurately fill out and file your personal tax returns for the respective years. Include any investments made in the company as required.

### 3. **Formal Resignation and Documentation**

If you want to formally resign and ensure that your departure is documented:

1. **Send a Formal Resignation:**
- Send a formal resignation letter to the company’s registered office, specifying that you are resigning from the board of directors. Ensure you retain a copy of this letter and any proof of delivery.

2. **Follow Up:**
- Follow up with the MCA or seek legal advice to ensure your resignation is formally recorded and your name is removed from the company’s records.

### 4. **Legal Advice**

If you face significant difficulties or disputes, consider seeking legal advice. A lawyer specializing in corporate law can help you address issues related to your resignation, the company's compliance, and your rights.

### Summary

1. **Obtain documents** from the MCA21 portal to understand the company’s financials and filed returns.
2. **Consult a tax professional** to correctly file your personal tax returns.
3. **Formally document your resignation** to ensure your exit from the company is recorded.
4. **Seek legal advice** if you encounter ongoing disputes or difficulties.

These steps should help you resolve your concerns regarding the company’s filings and your personal tax returns.
