Which date will be considered as Date of Deposit of TDS if payment is made through Cheque whether :

1. Date of Tender OR
2. Date of Realisation

For Example if Challan presented on 6th for payment but realized on 8th then it will attract any Interest payment?

I want to join industrial training and i had applied for that, but in the Application form there was a column where we have to fill how much time of training is left till 01.07.2013?
So my 13 mths and 22 days was left till 1.07.2013 but as we can undergo training during last year of articleship and for a max period of 12 mths only.
So want to know how my case will be considered?????

i have a query
I have taken home loan with following details:
loan amount:3000000
interest rate:11%
tenure:300 months
EMI would be around 27400.

my question is If I dont's pay any EMI and I say that I will pay the full amount on completion of 300 months. What would be the amount payable at that time.
