What is the qualification required to become a tax consultant/ professional accountant

our company is procuring certain laptops four employees located in nasik, pune and nagpur. the vendor from whom we are procuring is a well known IT COmpany. the COmpany has denied delivery of the systems unless we have disclosed the LBT No to him. please advise wheether LBT is required to be obtained by us? whether delivery is made by vendor in Mumbaiand we deliver it at respective places would attract LBT? further what if we show it as transfer?

Where would govt grants/subsidies be included in cost sheet preparation

1.Dearness Allowance is compulsory for small Private Limited Company?
2.Salary with out DA but include other allowances is offence?
3.If DA is compulsory the percentage of DA for the year 2013

i was passed cwa final in jun,2011.and degree in 2007.
i wand to Enrollment to Associate Membership
in cwa institution.

i have teaching experience in accounts and costing in local degree college which is associated with acharya nagarjuna university near guntur .
but i was teaching like part time not full time basis. and salary aslo given by cash. no records maintained.
but they give experience certificate for 5.5 years.
this was sufficient for membership in cwa.
plz give suggestion in that .

I am now currently doing my articleship & i have completed 11 months of my tenure. I want to take a transfer from my old firm & i dont comply with any of the transfer rules of articleship. Can i still take a transfer, even if my employer is not allowing me? If so should i have to take any permission from ICAI or my employer?? Hello Sir...I have cleared my IPCC exams in November.And I have joined my articleship from 20th February..And I am having serious problem regarding form 112..Bcz. My college working hours are from 11am to 4 pm..But In the month of February the syllabus of our college was completed.and I am going to change my college from next semester..And the same was written and signed by my college Principal in Letterpad and I have attached it with my form 112..Although Institute has sent me the query of clashing of time between college and Training...plz. help me..I am having practical problem and Institute has told me to refill the form 112 with taking due care of college hours..plz. plz. help me...
