What happens if a member does not fulfill their cpe requirement? Does they have to apply for restoration? Thanks in advance.

I have been registered as Associate member from September 2012 .I have not taken cop.For member not in practice cpe requirement is min 10 hours each year and 45 hours in rolling period of 3 years current rolling period is 2011-2013. Does that mean that I have to complete all 45 hours in 2013 itself or just have to complete minimum 10 hours in 2013?. Please guide me .Thanks in advance.

I have done MBA Finance (in 2005) & now planning to pursue career in Finance by taking certification course viz. CA, CMA,etc. I also have 10 yrs of work experience in non-finance field. I am planning to take the certification along with the job which I am currently into. I will do both parallely.

I am looking for a career in finance department of domestic & MNC corporates which will eventually take me to a level of CFO / Director of Finance.

Our company is into mining business and currently trading in domestic market. However we are planning for an expansion going overseas for which we would be exporting our products in the international market. Can any one help me with what all things should be taken into consideration while carrying out an export transaction.
