Dear Mentor,

I have done MBA Finance (in 2005) & now planning to pursue career in Finance by taking certification course viz. CA, CMA,etc. I also have 10 yrs of work experience in non-finance field. I am planning to take the certification along with the job which I am currently into. I will do both parallely.

I am looking for a career in finance department of domestic & MNC corporates which will eventually take me to a level of CFO / Director of Finance.

If there is any such suitable certification then let me know the course/certification name, tenure of the course, best institute for this course.I need your advice on the same.

Our company is into mining business and currently trading in domestic market. However we are planning for an expansion going overseas for which we would be exporting our products in the international market. Can any one help me with what all things should be taken into consideration while carrying out an export transaction. I am also looking out for a consultant who can help me in dealing with the International laws while carrying out an export order and help me in securing my payment. Please can any one guide me on how to go about it?

I am goin to export agricultural commodities to malaysia.What is duty draw back?does is availed on exports only or do i need to import sumthng?how is the procedure and calculation of duty are done?

Can a practicing CA who is full time partner in partnership firm, (and who has not get his proprietorship firm registered with institute), sign audit report in his individual capacity. Just like other newly qualified CA's do, that till they get their own firm registered they practice in individual capacity.

As our TDS return for the 4th qtr for the year 2012-13 is submitted in time and was accepted by TIN also.But by applyeing for TDS certificate Iam not getting any response from Traces, which is mandatory.

Please help me to get the same.
