We need to obtain export license to export machinery parts.
Please make me enlighten that how long time it take to obtain export license and what are the formalities for the same.

25 May 2013 MACHINERY CAN BE IMPORT THROUGH GETTING EPCG LICENCE.

FOR GETTING THIS LICENCE firstly NOTED IF YOU CAN NOT FULFILLED THE EXPORT OBLIGATION, DOES NOT REQUIRE THIS LICENCE.

IE DEPAND YOUR NECESSITY OF EXPORT GOODS DEMAND OTHERWISE MAY BE IMPOSE HEAVY PENALTY.

ANY WAY I AM BRIEFLY WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT FOR THIS REQUIRE THE DIGITAL KEY .
AND RCMC , IEM, SSI CERTIFICATE .
