ESI applicable on salary:-

a) upto Rs.15000 (<=15000)
OR
b) on salary below Rs.15000(<15000)?

(i.e. if the salary is exactly Rs.15000, is ESI applicable? Can any one explain the exact cut off point?)

Is it better to do both the groups of IPCC together or attempting them individually one at a time?
My only concern is the time constraint. I hav coaching classes in the morning and regular college (Bcom) till 4 in the evening. I'm not sure if I can manage both at a time.
I'm confident of passing but aiming for a good score. Please help me.

sir, i enroll in ipcc under direct entry scheme and due to unavailability of itt training, its take delay in completing itt, as per icai rule my attempt for ipcc is shifted in may 2014,
I am going for articleship.

Now, currently the notice is issued that during articleship period only one subject is allowed to join for class
due to which its takes so long time to complete classes coaching , then how i attempt my ipcc exam.

I registered under a Chartered Accountant whose capacity to train article was over and my registration under him was rejected by ICAI. Now I will have to register under another CA but I have some queries:
1.Will my earlier period be consider or I will have to serve for 3 years now on?
2.I am being asked to pay condonation fees, which is for delay, but I had submitted the form in time earlier which was rejected.
Anyone please guide.
