i Hav Given my 3rd attmpt of CA Final Exam in May 2013 but not cleard. i got exemption in law in first attempt that is 64 marks and claim the same in 2nd attempt exam. in 2nd attempt i got 84 marks in SFM but couldnt clear the exam.so i decided to surrender the law exemption in 3rd attempt and claim SFM Exemption . but when result out
I saw the The LAw Paper is Exempt and showing absent in SFM Paper.
this Mistake from Icai Side Have left me with
failure in group one. i want to apply for rectification , how can I apply to icai??

I had purchased a house property on which i had derived the benefit of deuction of interest on house property and the same property i had sold and the loan for the same is also paid.Further i had purchased a new house property and also taken loan for the same my query is that can i claim deduction u/s24 interest on house property on the new house.

Iam a student of CA-Final and my 2nd year of articleship is going to be completed in August 2013. As my family is shifting to other city so i want transfer in that city, but as i read ICAI Clause it said for taking transfer i have to present a certified copy of transfer order to ICAi but here the case is my family is shifting to other city so i can't present copy of transfer order.
Kindly help me in this regard.
