Was there any notification by The ICAI on the working days of your articleship, when the last exam of IPCE got postponed in May'13 for approx. 10 days?

i have to write cs-executive exams in may 2014. when the study materials were dispatched by ICSI, there was a shortage of tax material..so, a letter was sent to me along with the other books that this tax material will be dispatched soon.
its been 3 months and I haven't received tax material till date. how should I deal with the further process?
