28 October 2013 Sir I have full permission from the degree college(regular) without attendence and I have a permission letter from the college so can I continue the articles.I got mixed responses,some people says to continue the college and as well as articles, some people says to quit the college get TC and continue the articles. so please someone help me out otherwise can anyone please give a contact no to call up and clear my doubts. it would helpful to me with verbal communication.

28 October 2013 make a call to icai and confirm

if you are pursuing b.com regular course you have to mention b.com classes timings in form 112
.

icai will not accept articleship registration if it is clash with articleship timings
.
.
however icai will allow if your b.com regular course timings is not clash with aricleship training
.
.
it is recommended to convert to distance mode and there will be no object from icai
.

as and when you converted to distance send form 112 intimitating the same along with proof for the same to icai
.

how icai will accept if you say that you will not go to classes while you are pursuing b.com regular
