I have commenced my articleship training on
12-09-2013 but frankling is on 28-10-2013
which is calculated as per icai
and last date of registration

28 October 2013 I believe you need to get the franking done before signing the form. Its a legal document.

28 October 2013 Form 102 is not required to send to icai and so franking date is not relevant for registration

as you send only form 103,,date of articleship mentioned there in is considered for articleship registration

so preparae form 103 carefully in a way date of start of articleship is correct

01 November 2013 In order to get COP,you must be a qualified CA & a member of ICAI.Merely because of your employment in CA firm does not make you eligible for COP.Once you complete your CA you have to separately apply to ICAI for COP & membership number
