I am a CA ipcc pass out and i have completed bcom from Bharathiar university in july 2013 under the MOU that icai has with this university. i had given the three non exempted exams and balance 12 were exempted, i have got the marksheet but not yet got the degree. whats the procedure of obtaining it?? ALso please guide me wheather i can joing regular college or give PO exams on basis of this MOU bcom??

Presently I am doing articleship with CA firm based in Mumbai. I am not happy with my articleship in that firm.I want to take transfer but I think my boss will not give me transfer.can anybody suggest me how to convenience my boss??? I have not completed my first year of articleship yet. kindly suggest me.

This is Anuj Dubey, CA Final Student.I have Cleared CPT(1st Attempt) with 84% and CA IPCC(Both Group in 1st Attempt)with 79%.I am Presently working in a firm in Indore. Now I want to take Transfer from here. I want to Re-registered in any of the Big 4's (Preferably in Bangalore).Please help me its urgent.If it is not possible then please suggest me other CA Firms in Bangalore.

im an article in a firm. ive come to know that the partner under whom i have registered is said to terminate his partnership with the firm in coming few days. so ive been registered in the firm name under that outgoing partner.
so what happens next?

how to proceed in such a consequence?

Eg :

A,B,C Co. Chartered Accountatns- Firm

A is the partner under whom i have been registered my articles with.

now A is terminating his partnership with the firm in the upcoming future.

So then what happens to my Articleship.
what will be the consequences
