27 January 2014 Dear,

Please consider the below two mentioned articles queries:

Case1: Article assistant getting stipend as follows
1st Year: 6000
2nd Year: 7000
3rd Year: 8000
But the same is credited two times as Institute stipend 1000, 1250, 1500 and the balance amount will be credited as allowance separately.

In this case student went on leave for 1month. What is the eligible amount he can receive during this leave period?

Case2: Article assistant getting stipend as follows
1st Year: 6000
2nd Year: 7000
3rd Year: 8000

All the amount credit in single transaction as stipend only

In this case student went on leave for 1month. What is the eligible amount he can receive during this leave period?

29 January 2014 employer bound to pay minimum stipend every month

so generally every one will get more stipend than prescribed
.
.
so generally it is the option of boss to pay stipend during leave
.
.
some firms will pay minimum stipend as per icai rules irrespective of what they paid in working months
.
.
some firms will not pay any thing as they already paid more than prescribed in earlier months
.
.
so it all depends with boss
