Want transfer from articleship

Presently I am doing articleship with CA firm based in Mumbai. I am not happy with my articleship in that firm.I want to take transfer but I think my boss will not give me transfer.can anybody suggest me how to convenience my boss???
I have not completed my first year of articleship yet.
kindly suggest me.

As u have not yet completed one year u can take transfer just with ur boss acceptance and his sign in form 109.
