Tds

An employee getting salary Rs. 180000/-p.a. and Interest Rs. 280000/-p.a. from a prop. firm.
firm is deducting TDS on Interest paid to employee but no tds on salary.

My question is whether TDS would be deducted on Salary as his Total income is 460000/-

Pls reply

Tds

We are making online payment of TDS after complete process make payment n etc. suddenly broadband disconnected hence we are not able to generate the TDS paid counterfoil due to net. PLz. suggest me how can we get or regenerate the TDS counterfoil?

Cpe credit

i passed out ca final exam in 2012 and got membership in 2012 so how much cpe hrs were requried in 2013.......?

I didnot attend any cpe hrs in 2013 but i attend cpe hrs during jan to march 2014 which is extended time for block of year 2011-2013.

how i will take credit of cpe hrs in 2013 which was attended in jan-march 2014

I ATTENDED 14 STRUCTURED CPE HRS...........

Respected Sir/Madam,

Good day to you.

I am Sugadeesh Kumar, Accountant Working in GSS Sotware Consultancy Pvt Ltd, Ascendas,Taramani. It's a SAP ABAP, Mobility Solutions oriented Organization. Right Now Around 47 Employees are Working. ONE House Keeping Asst.is Working, She is A Contract Employee, for her their Company is Deducting P.F & ESI.
Earlier From June 2010 Our Strength was 10 to 15, Later on the Nos. got Increased. Our Organization is Existing from 2007 Onwards.
My Query is recently One of the ESI Inspector Visited Our Organization and Said,gave us the Registration form & insisted us that You have Registered P.F then why didn't you Register ESI, ESI Is Mandatory, He Asked Our Organization Records, I gave it, He took some photocopies, in that he asked me to get the Authorized Signatory and finally the Output Was You have to Register ESI + Login Id & Pass word will come to your Official ID, then go forward.

But In our Organization Each & Every Employee Gross Earnings are More than 15,000 p.m. Inspite of that Do We Need to Register (File) With ESI, If So Which is the Act Or Clause Say's like that. Is there any Exemption. Further What Should I Do Now?

Can you People Guide,Show & Help Us. Treat it as Urgent.

1.Deepak gupta
2.Vishal bhattad of as foundation
3.rajkumar
I actually want to ask that how is Vishal Bhattad sir.I know deepak gupta is good but have no idea about vishal sir. Deepak gupta is of 2nd preference to me because of his fees. But if no other option exist,then I will go for him.
And also Is vishal sir better that rajkumar sir?
