i have a query in birth certificate of my daugher my name is written as parul saxena dass but in my aadhar card and other docs parul saxena is written. so while getting admission to my daughter whether i will face any issue? If i change name in my aadhaar card then am i supposed to change name in ca membership card too?

We have cancelled PTRC Number & Order also get. After four years we want to start PTRC. So officer said you will not get new PTRC Number on same pan you have restored old PTRC Number. So we restored old ptrc number. Now Mahagst Department saying you have to file PTRC all return for the period from PTRC Number Cancelled to restored date. what to do? Due to this we have to pay late fees for Return. This is not our mistake. Number Cancelled now we only restored the number why should file Gap return? give me some solution.

My question is regarding export, which is done to e-commerce operators. For example, I have taken a warehouse from Amazon and they charge us for it.
The problem is what is considered a sale. See below points -
1. When we send goods to another country, should it be sent at cost and considered as stock transfer, and whenever goods are sold from Amazon warehouse, then it should be considered as sale?
2. Or when we send goods out of India, it should be considered as export at that time. And show in GST Return as Export.
If we follow the first point, then some questions arises that how will we book the sales happening abroad (for example - the goods came out of the warehouse in the US and were sold to a customer in the US) in India? Will you book export sales every time? Will this be okay? If not then what should be the treatment in books?
And if we follow the second point then we will have to export the goods at MRP. By doing this, according to FEMA's ruling, payment should be received from abroad within 9 months. But payment will be received only when the goods are sold there.

Please provide guidance and share any circular of ruling upon it.

We have purchased a flat in ahmedabad which had three owners( my wife, myself and my mother in this order).
My mother has agreed to remove her name voluntarily without any financial consideration.
Which process I follow to ensure that I avoid paying higher stamp duty and other charges ?
I was told that gift deed route will still attract stamp duty in Gujarat ( and the rate of which is around 3 to 4 %).
Not sure about the actual process.

Can I try relinquishment deed for my mother to give away her rights in the flat as co owner? Is such deed applicable only for ancestral property or it can be used for non- ancestral property ( as in my case) ?

Also - while executing any of the above , is mother's presence required for the process in ahmedabad ( she is a super senior citizen residing outside Gujarat and with restriction on her movements due to age related leg issues )

I have one query regarding Interest on PF balance of previous employer whose pf balance was not transferred in last five years?

One of my friend has 3 pf account under same UAN no and his accounts balance are not transferred to current employer accounts since 5 year and more.

I have query that interest yearly credited in pf accounts which are non operative??
