04 November 2023 Pan/Tan card incorporated date is 10april2023 and Deed made date is 3rd oct2023, is it valid for account current account opening?

04 November 2023 It's not valid as PAN can be obtained only with a valid deed.

06 November 2023 But Sir deed is valid but problem is DEED made date is 3rd oct 2023and pan card incorporation date is 10/04/2023, and pan card is made with the same deed
