Our Firm is Registered & the Stamp Duty of Rs. 1000 is been paid but now the stamp duty is been increased to Rs. 2000 should we pay the differential??.. If Yes, procedure??.. should we make new application for Rs.1000??..

one of my client which is a proprietorship ( manufacturing industry)' having more than 50 employee is not registered for professional tax till now but he is deducting the pt from this year. the proprietorship started long back ago say some 2001
from that time onwards he not yet registered with the pt but he registered under PF in 2007 & VAT in 2006
what will the penalty and interest for this situation. and client office is located in Karnataka.
now he is willing to do registration for PT please help me to come out of this situation

Sir, In my Father's HUF there are 7 members. On death of my father, being male member i become Karta. Now there are 6 members. 1. My mother, 2 Myself (karta) 3. My 4 sisters.My all sisters are married. Should sisters will be part of this HUF after their marriage.

hi i want to know there is any rule for salary structure, you have to pay % of HRA, % of Basic salary, % of tranport allowance, % of special allowance or we can pay whole salary in basic salary, for example 20,000 as basic salary.
