Please tell me difference between NEFT and RTGS

NEFT - National Electronic Fund Transfer
RTGS - Real Time Gross Settlement
both are fund transfer online.
RTGS will be apply for transfer of more than Rs.2 Lakhs & NEFT will apply less than Rs.2 Lakhs
NEFT will be processed batchwise by the bank and RTGS will be done transaction by transaction
