28 November 2014 My employer have agreed to terminate my articleship on the grounds that my family decided to rehabilitate in Surat from kolkata due to some property issues. what kind of proof do i need to submit. kindly reply. thanks

28 November 2014 Why do you need any proof when your second employer will be from SURAT. That is sufficient.

28 November 2014 Thank you sir. can I take transfer before 5 months of exam,My attempt is in May 2015. Started articleship on 9 October 2012, my leave till date is 90 days.

28 November 2014 My family has recently migrated to Surat but i m staying in Kolkata as form 109 was pending coz my employer wish to sign it after tax audit due date. And i am worried about excess leave and eligibility for May 2015. Thanks for response

What is the issue of EXCESS leave...I am not getting that point.

28 November 2014 90-110 days leave till now..is it within the limit of articleship period for the students eligible for May 2015

29 November 2014 one day leave for every 6 days worked is the rule to calculate the eligible leaves. In doing so, the days you were on LEAVE are to be deducted.Calculate accordingly and excess if any, be requested to be served with the new employer
