01 December 2014 sir my employer want to give transfer from articleship due to personal reason. can i take transfer to other firm without delay in my ca final attempt. i had register for articleship on august 2013 my final attempt is may 2016

01 December 2014 only when the reasons mentioned by icai in yr2 fr transfer are staisfied else not.

01 December 2014 Yes, you can very well get transfer without affecting your final attempt, subject to however you satisfy the conditions of transfer after one year of articleship

02 December 2014 you take a transfer in a ca firm which is atleast away for more then 50 kms from this current ca firm or in a different city or state then ur allowed

02 December 2014 Dont take transfer.

If your employer wants to give transfer, then let him arrange the same. You dont have to loiter around.
