In our company some of contractor producing their ESIC deposited bank challans for proofing for non deduction of ESIC whether can we except for supporting of non deduction.

Please clarify what documents we need to receive while non deduction of ESIC.

Sir, We have filed TDS return for 3rd Q for F.Y.14-15. TDS was deducted @20% for non available of PAN of clients & filed the return in form 26Q. After filing form 26Q we came to known that it belongs form 27Q since the clients are NRO. However, later we even filed form 27Q since we are not known the effects.now dept.has processed and we have recd Short deduction or amt not available in form 27Q & raised the demand. Kindly let us know how to come out from this & reduce the demand to NIL

I have completed my articles on 08.12.2014 & Submitted Form No. 108 Stating leave of 163 days . Now I have received a letter from Institute that I have taken 8 days excessive leave.
Though I have completed on 08.12.2014, I have served in Office till 15.01.2015.
What Procedure now I should follow Fill 107 Or 103 & 102?
