Incorporation certificate from ROF not yet issued as word "co-partnerhip" written in partnership deed.ROF has mentioned in their reply to rectify it. what is procedure to rectify it.partnership firm stared business in 2009 and submitted in Form no.A in 2009.
now this partnership firm get reconstituted as new partner admitted and old partner retired in jan'2015
when we tried to submit this Form No.E and new deed, ROF told to submit old rectification and new changes together.
pls help me towards rectification of old deed.is there any form or application need to be submited for such minor changes ,pls let me know in detail.

Advisable to draft a new deed with all correction incorporated in it.
