As per RBI, if no operation or unclaimed for more than 10 years transfer to DEAF. My query- a. Operation means debit AND credit, b. Unclaimed means credit tooks place 2 yrs ago account and no debit transaction for more than 10 yrs

I have completed 1 yr 8 months period of article ship. Now, i am thinking to join industrial training, but i am not aware of its procedure, timings and benefits. I am confused whether to go for training or to continue with my articles. So Kindly suggest me the procedure and best between the articles & industrial trainee.

If same supplier many invoices due dates falls on different dates ? as of now we are making payment once in a month and taking all invoices which will due in that month !

I am currently pursuing 2nd year of my articles. My principal was making me to work for more than 9 hrs in a day i.e., our timings are from 10.00 Am to 8.00 P.m sometimes it may extend upto 9.00 P.M. and he is granting me 3 month leave for final. Till now i have kept only 20 days as leave. Can i Claim the excess hours worked as leave? If So how i have to approach?

The Select Certificate button does not work. I have the latest java versions installed, and the browsers as per MCA requirement. This is the same with all the computers in my office. I have tried in both Windows 7 and XP Systems. The DSCs are all installed and work fine with Income Tax and other MCA forms.
