I am an IPCC student from Patna and is confused about from where to do BCom (H), i.e. would it be better from IGNOU or I should chose distance coarse from other university (like Patna Uni's Distance Edu.)? Pls help me to sort this out....

My Client is in a service of Providing Website Designing Services. He is new in the Business and He has Provided the service worth Rs. 75,000 to his client. Now the Client is demanding Bill. He does not have Service Tax No. Nor does he file any Income Tax Return.... what should he do..??? what if client deducts TDS on Service Provided by him.

At partnership deed address mention is wrong in second page but in notarry page address is right.
