Tds on sale of pole poster @cst-2%

29 July 2015 Dear Sir,

This is Rajni . Sir, we sold pole poster our client with CST 2% as per customer specification but material not provided by the customer. Sir, will TDS deductible on this bill?

29 July 2015 when it Is sale and u r charging cst on that.... ther is no need of deducting tds on this dear

29 July 2015 I think u need not to show it anywhere that u providing them material on their specification simply.. u just sell the products that's all.. so that no tds liability is there..

and tds liability is of the party to whom u selling the products... I think the party too wil not deduct tds as u r charging CST assuming it as sale not service

This is Rajni Sharma.Sorry Sir i am giving you trouble again and again Sir, actually i want some educational advise from you.I am graduate in B.Com (hons.) from DU. further i enrolled in CPA from ICFAI but some reason i could not completed it .i have to start job.I do have experience in accounts more than three and half years and 11 months experience in ASK helpline of INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.Sir now i want to do some course which can help me in my field or help me to get good salary.
