We have received technical sevices from Microsoft and it situated in US but it has PANCARD issued by indian income tax u/s 139A.

My problem is that,which tax is come in to picture it means TDS or withholding tax.

DEAR MEMBER I HAVE QUSTION REGARDING TDS SUPPOSE OUR FIRM START AT 1-05-2015 AND WE DID NOT DEDUCT TDS ON INT ON LOAN FROM RELATIVE EVEN INTREST AMOUNT EXCEED THAN EXEMPTION AMOUNT BUT NOW WE HAVE RELISED THAT IT SHOULD BE DEDUCTED THEN ANY PANALTY OR INTREST IS CHARGED IF WE PAY IT TILL 15-10-2015

Please guide me the procedure to take moneylender license in Delhi or in Haryana?

if our com. have pf registration & we paid pf of our employees but we have also sub contract work but they do not have pf registration.

sub contractor have not more than 20 employees so they are not liable for pf registration & not to paid any pf

in that case should we liable for any pf compliance towards sub contract employee

from where I know my ca validity period.i joined on last of 2013 plz hlp me

My uncle has a shop on rent since 1981.He regularly pay his rent & also have valid rent agreement.But now landloard want us to vacate the shop.
My query is
1. Since we are tenant for approximately 34 years, shall we have ownership right under respective law ???????
2. If above answer if no, Shall we entitle to claim a lump-sum amount against such vacancy,as we expended lot on such shop.

i need to calculate some outstanding dues with interest to be calculated @ 24% p.a. at monthly compounding.

is there any formula which can be applied universaly.
The dues are some for 230 days , some for 740 days etc.
