ROC Annual Returns forms has been updated on option of pay later. We we have not paid the tax in due date . it gets lapse for more than 2 Months .What should be done now, whether we have to upload the forms again or any other proceedure please help

I got registeres for articleship w.e.f. 21/04/2015.i got registration letteer stating to send form 112 after admisssion in bcom. I got form
109 signed by my principal on 28//11/2015. Bt i didnt send hoping dat i ll send it along witg transfer form. Will there be any problem?? I have taken transfer.please reply at earliest.

I am an american citizen.I had recently cleared my ipcc.My aim is to become a cpa.I would like to know if i should continue with articleship.. or should i go for someother alternative?
What should be the type of the firm that i should select?

If i had completed ca..and if i return back to the us..should i do the cpa course from the start(including articleship) ??

I seek your assistance on the following matter:
My mother was born on 5th February 1960, however she does not have a birth certificate and now that hospital is also closed.
Other thing is that we don't have her original school passing and leaving certificate either.
She is a literate person.
What is the procedure to get her the birth certificate, need the same for her passport application.
