I am working in a private company since last 9 years and a subscriber to the PF fund as per the Act. Recently I got selected in a PSU.

My worry is if would be able to transfer my accumulated PF money the PSU.

Please advise me is there any way to transfer the amount to PSU.

My client, resident Indian, wants to pay to a non resident situated at Spain for Purchase Commercial single License for usage of Software of USD 4000.The Software is used for Designing of Jewellery. ALso the Non resident has no Permanent establishment, PAN NO and no TRC.
1. Now Whether TDS is applicable on above payment or not?
2. If applicable then at what rate?
3. If not applicable then in Form 15CA and 15CB what reason has to be given for Non Deduction of TDS?

How do i keep myself motivated and optimistic? How will i regain my self confidence back ?

Firstly can we take transfer in 11 th month of articleship and if so in how many days form 109 should reach ICAI

i gave this attempt of CA. final (nov. 15)..bt due to 2 days laps in 2.5 yrs. articleship,exam. deptt. withhold my result. it was happened due to wrong registration by my regional office kanpur... for correction of my articleship status i have submitted all the documents as required by ICAI kanpur (article diary, article attendance register, original stamp, original deed). regional office transferred my case to head office delhi before 1 month. but till today i have not received any reply from ICAI. i am totally confused what should i do? preparing for next attempt or wating for result.. because i did extraordinary hardwork for this attempt..i gave my 100% to my dream CA... and my all 8 papers goes fine....whenever i am trying to take book and read again, i felt very discouraged...i am totally hopeless..every day i feel higher level of pain..daily i am facing negative comments..also my family's financial condition is very weak...

We are exporting hatching egg's & importing animal ( poultry) nutrition & sale in india.
While importing we are paying custom duty.

In above case are there any benefit against export -for income tax, service tax, custom duty
& state sale tax etc.
