I am registering as member and holding COP from 20.08.2015 then how can i complete 20 hours in year 2016 if Icovered in block period 2014-16? is it complusory to complete 20 CPE hours in Year 2015?
Please tell me as soon as possible.

their are two bills of 40000/ & 2000 .u/s 194c should tds deducted on both amount or only on 40000 as there is no other transaction .so limit of 75000 does not cross

sir my sister join article ship her timimng of the collage 7 to11.30 and articleship 11.30 to 6.30 we can fillthis information in form112 but icai says that your timing not start after 11 am so can i change my collage timing with new timing

i am going to start consultancy service which consist of tds, vat, service tax etc includin loan processing.

however i don't know process of loan and it's projections and all it's related process.

I started my articleship on 29.4.2013 after which I took transfer on 11.4.2014. now I have completed my articleship on 29.4.2016 but I have excess leave of about 80+ days under current plus previous employer. I have already crossed 30days. now what should I do ?? should I submit form on completing excess leave or now ?? please reply

When we go for online registration of seminar. what happened if we registered and make payment online but don't attend seminar. Is CPE Hours credit Available if we unable to attend seminar after registering and making payment online.
