practically, PLS file FORM 10A duly filled along with copy of bye laws/trust deed in triplicate.pls note that registration u/s !2A is granted on the main object of the society/trust seeking registration . hence please prepare a note on activities followed/to be follwed by trsut /society. Go through the trsut deed or bye laws of the society and ensure that threre is no violation of sec 2(15) of the income tax. in case of any further clarification pls free to contact me at casunilkgarg@gmail.com
