03 June 2016 Greatings.
I have submitted the request for the correction of date of birth and address in my pan card on 1 march 2016. Acknowledgement No.is N-060259700870460 and Name on Card is Prachi Saxena.
The status is showing that it is still under process at income tax department.
I am in an urgent need of my pan card. Please respond as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged to you.

better you call up NSDL once on 020-27218080.

normally such changes take time to be accepted by Income-tax department.
