A small-sized pvt ltd company obtained PTRC & PTEC registration in June 2019 but never made any payments. Now they have been able to make payments for FY 2019-20 until February 2020. However, they are facing an issue while trying to pay for March 2020. The period of April 2020 does not appear under FY 2019-20, and when changing to FY 2020-21, it only shows the period of April 2020-March 2021. How should they proceed with the payment for March 2020?

I am working in a MNC (Software company) as Financial Analyst, can anyone suggest applicability of COC for the PE(Permanent Establishments) associates working in France Country. Since from 3 years onwards the company paying social security for the associates working in france country, at the same time in India also we are paying PF Contribution, which creates double impact of Social security.
I checked in "Ministry of External Affairs, India" there is validity period of Social security agreement between India and France. But the consultancy in france, showing an exception for applicability of COC they are charging Social security in Payslips.
Can anyone suggest whether Consultancy in france doing correct, Is double effect of Social security payment correct?

My monthly PF and pension deducted by private company in the year 1993 onwards to till the date. My pf balance correctly shown in EPF web portal but pension balance is not show online.

In present company. Company has own PF Trust and presently pf maintained by my present company. I contact to PF dept. for pension balance is not show online in EPF web portal then he inform me that your employer will update online.
I also informed to my HR Dept. regarding that and he inform me pension balance will be updated by EPF Dept. based on Annexure "K".

I am little bit confused what to do??
