Any expert in this matter concerned,please help,

I was trying to file updated ITR 2 for AY 21-22(in Excel 2024) in my new laptop, everything went smoothly but when I tried to generate json, in summary schedule upon clicking save json, json file is getting stuck at 33.33% encryption and laptop hangs. I tried several times with same consequence.

What to do to resolve this situation,

29 October 2025 - Enable .NET Framework 3.5
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off
- Check the box for “.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”
- Click OK and let Windows download/install the required files.
- Run Excel as Administrator
- Right-click on the Excel utility file.
- Select “Run as administrator” to ensure full access for macro execution and encryption.
- Check Excel Macro Settings
- Open Excel > File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings
- Ensure macros are enabled and trusted locations are configured properly.
- Use a Stable System Environment
- Avoid running other heavy applications during JSON generation.
- Ensure your laptop has sufficient RAM and disk space.

29 October 2025 Thanks a lot sir, .NET framework 3.5 already I've enabled but of no help,rest options I've to implement and see. I've 8gb RAM and 500gb ssd, so don't know space limitation is causing this problem or not.
Uploading saved json file to portal I know, but I would like to take help verifying system settings and testing json output. I also tried from cyber cafe and no problem was there, just it's not getting saved from my device, I'm not adroit in OS and software,so needed help.
