17 July 2024 I want to buy property on joint name of myself and my wife in gujarat. If I keep first name of my wife and second name of myself in sale deed then is there any benefit. In this property my wife is contributing meagre amount. In future i want to rent out the property so can i show whole rental income as wife’s income as her name is first?
