i have passed out myinter exams on nov 2006.due to some personal prob i hv joined my articleship on may 28th, 2007.

But institue have not yet send me or my employer any registration letter.

please suggest me some possible way out so that i can get my letter soon.

this job work is done of amtd 20 lacs appr. but contractors' are not regd with ESI. These are proprietorship/partnership concerns. but not related to my co. and their units are situated on other places.

according to ESI official this is OUR liability to pay ESI liability if parties has no ESI registration.

I was doing c.a. in 1999 & registered for same in c.a. institiute and complete C.A. articleship 2001. during articleship i have attempt 2 times for intermidiate exams but not succeed. during 2001 to till date i am doing practice as tax practioner. now i want to do C.A. again. can i avil any benift of articleship or prior registration or will do fresh registration.

which company are included in nifty & bse?

A Company is having 3 Directors in whole time employment and they draws monthly remuneration. Is there any P.F. Liability for the Company towards this 3 whole time directors?

As per Sch VI the Company shall disclose the managerial remuneration paid to Directors including P.F. if any.

But Directors are not considered as employees.

As per the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act the director who is in full time employment of the Company is also an employee.
