Am a freshly qualified CA. This is regarding the CPE credit.I would like to know how i can get credit through e learning / correspondence, ie. without class room study.
Also i would like to know what good courses i can join, i mean what is the best course available now (i know the list of courses, i want to know the best one)

I had send three reminders for my request to send a draft contract for sub contracting job related to soap making or any other cosmetics product.

Please tell me the procedure to dissolve a partnership firm.

I know abt dissolution deed, but what about income tax and sales tax where the firm is registered.

What shall be partners income tax liability on amount received from dissolved firm ?

Firm is established on 01.04.2006 and to be dissolved wef 01.04.2008

Can i made a deed today for dissolution effective from 01.04.2008?

Firm is not registered in ROF (Registrar of Firms)
