Hi,am doing my CWA(final),can someone tell me the proceedure for doing M.Com in IGNOU?

Can anyone give me the details regarding the various type of cheques used in business transaction with a bank. Like account payee cheque, bearer cheque, cross cheque etc. I want to know what the different use of these type of cheque and where one can use these one and speciality of each of them.

What should be the minimum time gap between attempt for PCC and Final? The PCC course mentions that 3.5 years training must be completed before Final attempt but nothing has been mentioned regarding time that should be between PCC and final.

I cleared CA Final in Nov '08 and applied for membership in March. Also I got to know my M.No. over phone.
Can I get the membership certificate in the convocation to be held on 21st June? Or, can I get only the pass certificate over the counter?

One of my FD of Rs 10000/- is maturing on 12th July 2009. Now i dnt wanna encash it right now n i dnt renew it. I wanna go and encash my FD in December 2009 when my other FD's are maturing.My question is that will i get Savings A/c interest of 3.5% for the period of 12/07/2009 to December 2009 on matured amt. I am asking this bcoz i read somewhere that there was a RBI notification in this regard. Pls Rply??
