Please let me know which is better Company pvt ltd. or limited liability partnership .

When the proposed company can manage the required funds through its partners itslef (capital funds + working capital funds) then limited laibility partnership is better.
If the propsed company is looking for Banking funds or funds from outsiders for their working capital needs then private limited company is better.
If the propsed company is looking for Banking funds or funds from outsiders for their working capital needs then private limited company is better.
