I want to know whether in any case in any court of law, the judgement is in favour of one person and the other person does not appeal, can the person enforce his rights in the said case which is vested upon him after several years of the order from court.

I am a M.Com Postgraduate having more than 15 years of experience. At this age of 45, I would like to pursue CA. Can I do the same. What is the procedure.
