How to apply for provisional DIN?
I cant find apply for DIN option

Sorry Mr.B.Chackrapni, the website is http://mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/din/DIN.html and after log in see left side and click on 'apply for din' and complete the form

you can apply DIN online at www.mca.gov.in. It will allot provisional DIN immediately.
after that you have to take a print of the final form.You need to affix your photograph on the space provided on the form. And attach a proof of identity and a proof of residence with the form. Please note that the photo affixed on the form and the proofs attached must be certified by a Public Notary or Gazetted Officer or any certified professionals (viz. Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Works Accountant).
The form along with the above documents has to be sent to following address by ordinary post:

Post Box No. 03
NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh – 201 301, India
Or
The above form can also be sent by courier or registered post to the following address
