how to protect Ms excel file through pass word protection

Follow these steps >
1. Open th excel File.
2. Go to File and click Save as.
3. In save as window click on Tools> General Options.
4. It requires password. Enter ur passsword and save the file in the desired location.

3. give the password to open n modify
4. reenter ur password
5. save ur file
