I am doing my articleship after completing CA inter, but now I got the proposal from my some of associates to be a director in their company.

I am little bit confused whether I can be a director of any company during my articleship or in case I do whether it leads to disqualification of my articleship.

Kindly suggest me on the same.

how to get LLP Registered. I am not able to get e- forms to get LLP Registered.

sir i m getting scholarship under PM Scholarship for pursuing CA Course. Now they have mailed me some documents and asked me to get theses document attest by head of institution ( in this case it is "The ICAI" ) and also asked me to mail my certificates and valid Proof of Pursuing Ca Course And Passing Exam (Pcc intermediate ) from a Authorized Official. Now plz tell me From Whom i get these certificate Attested or Should i went to contact BOS ,Noida for attesting my certificate.
