as an internal auditor of a construction company, what should I see regarding compliance of EPF Provisions. also tell in brief the EPF Provisions

Genrally EPF Complaince is linked to Deduction,payment,return filing, intimation of New joinees, left emplpyees
1.Deduction made accordingly Employee 12 % EPF,8.33% Employer contribution to Pension fund and 3.67 % employer contribution to PF - Whethetr based on this deudction is made or not. but pension fund is Actual 8.33 % or Rs.541 Which ever is lower need to contribute
2.Whether payment made with in the due date i.e.15th of the following month
3.Proper forms are filed with in due date
4.Whether employee claims properly settled
