09 March 2010 sir i m getting scholarship under PM Scholarship for pursuing CA Course. Now they have mailed me some documents and asked me to get theses document attest by head of institution ( in this case it is "The ICAI" ) and also asked me to mail my certificates and valid Proof of Pursuing Ca Course And Passing Exam (Pcc intermediate ) from a Authorized Official. Now plz tell me From Whom i get these certificate Attested or Should i went to contact BOS ,Noida for attesting my certificate.

09 March 2010 you may got attested from any gazzated oiicers or of same grade..
e.g. doctors, ca, cs, cwa or likewise.
