YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOADS SOFTWARE I.E. PDF CONVERTER. THEN INSTALL IT ON PC & GOT CONVERT FILE.
DIFFERENT AMENDMENTS ARE APPLICABLE FROM DIFFERENT DATES. BUT ALL ARE SUBJECT TO SIGNATURE OF PRESIDENT ON FINANCE BILL. PROBABLY BILL MAY SIGNED IN FIRST WEEK OF MAY.
