I am shrutika .I wanted to ask that ,i have registerd myself in the computer course training held by the institute and my classes will start from 26th of december but i have fall ill and the docter has strictly told me to take a complete bed rest for 10 days but as per the institue rules and regulation i will be allowed for only 4 days holidays .So what can i do so that there is no problem in my computer training

I am Ca final student,who just gave Nov 10 exam and this was my 4 th attempt.I am frustrated sitting at home and want 2 search a job.but i hv a problem that since i hv done my articleship frm a small firm,i dnt knw in which field i shud apply..ie audit/tax...further i want 2 apply in big 4 or in corporates...but i dnt knw how to apply there...pls can u let me knw.

If a company has taken CC/WC loan from bank,
1. Is any audit report is to be submitted by the co. to the bank?
2. Is any audit carried out by a CA b4 submitting the report to the bank?
3. If yes, what areas are covered in this audit?
