what are the fees for efiling the forms 20B, 21A, 23AC, 23ACA, 66 & 23B on mca website?

Filing Fee will depend on company's paid-up capital.
Fee will be paid as per Schedule X of the companies Act, 1956 and new fee structure is given on MCA portal which have effective from December 05, 2010.
