An Educational institution (run by Trust reg u/s 11/12 of IT Act 1961) is scheduled to organize a musical concert in India, and a contract is entered with company based in UK to send singers/performers to perform in the show. For which payment will be made from the institute to UK based Co.

The students forum in the institute will be responsible for organizing and managing the show, including selling the tickets (ticket denomination of 1000/ 500 Rs) to mobilize funds for the same.

I am working in Tally 7.2 verson but now I instal tally 9.0 on my p.c.. so i want to convert tally 7.2 data into tally 9.0 verson. So it is possible or not, if it is possible so what procedure apply for it.

My Company name has been changed from ABC Pvt. Ltd to XYZ Pvt. Ltd.. I would like to change new company name in PAN & TAN.

Should I apply for new PAN card or changes Company name in existing PAN card. Please help

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am sure that CA Club Management is showing partiality regarding files acceptance. I have submitted last time regarding Nov CA Final coverage by my study material of 90% SFM paper. It was not accepted. Again on 28th, I submitted CS Final FTFM Dec Paper along with 50% coverage information. This was also not accepted.
However, the same method used for CA Final SFM Nov, 2010 submisssion by Nahata Professional Academy on Nov 10th accepted. (showing the Question paper & coverage by the institute)
Why this partiality...
Please explain the reasons...
