PAN Name Change

Dear Experts,
My Company name has been changed from ABC Pvt. Ltd to XYZ Pvt. Ltd.. I would like to change new company name in PAN & TAN.
Should I apply for new PAN card or changes Company name in existing PAN card. Please help

File form for change in name...not for new pan card...submit original pan card along with form

Agree need to file Form for correction/ change in PAN data. Also you will have to submit a photocopy of PAN card or PAN allotment letter.
